CHOCOLATE CHUNK NICE CREAM
Today is National Ice Cream Day! I think everyone can celebrate that.
It’s been way too long since I’ve shown some love and care to this space. SO I thought today would be the perfect day to get back on the blogging train and share another simple and healthy recipe!

1.) Add the following ingredients to your blender in this order: Bananas, Almond Milk Ice Cubes, Cacao Powder, Almond Milk. Blend for several minutes (tamping when needed) until the mixture is thick and smooth. Only add the almond milk as you need it – as little as possible to keep the mixture thick and closer to an ice cream consistency.
2.) Remove the nice cream from the blender into a medium size bowl. Fold in the Cacao Nibs and the Dark Chocolate Chunks.
3.) Serve immediately or freeze for later! This recipe makes 4 servings.
