PINEAPPLE PEACH SMOOTHIE
Peaches are in season! These sweet babes are one of my favorite fruits. They have tons of flavor and are packed with vitamins and minerals, a few of them being Vitamin C, E and Potassium. So good for you!
Smoothies are probably one of the easiest things to make so its the first thing I whipped up when I got them home. Here’s the recipe, enjoy!
Ingredients:
1 Cup frozen chopped Pineapple
1 Whole Peach, cut up
1/2 Cup frozen Mango pieces
Fresh squeezed orange juice
Ice
Directions:
Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. You may need to add water if it it too thick. Once blended, place in your favorite serving bowl and enjoy!
