SUPER BITES
These little babes are one of my go-to’s! They are perfect for anytime of the day because they are filling, and they’re packed with nutrients. I usually eat them before a workout to give me a little boost or I’ll throw them in my hubby’s lunch for an easy snack.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 Cup Rolled Oats
1/2 Cup Crispy Rice
1/4 Cup Almond Butter (fresh ground)
3/4 cup Peanut Butter (fresh ground)
1/3 Cup Melted Coconut Oil
2 TBSP Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
1/4 tsp Maca Powder
1/4 tsp Wheatgrass Powder
1 tsp Vanilla
2 tsp Chia Seeds
1/4 Cup Dried Goji Berries
1 1/2 Cacao Nibs
1/4 Cup Raw Honey
{Yields about 20 Super Bites}
Directions:
Put all the ingredients into a large bowl and mix well until everything is incorporated. Allow the mixture to set up in the fridge for at least 30 minutes. Remove from the fridge and form mixture into balls. Store them in the fridge for up to three weeks!
