PEACH PROTEIN SHAKE!

This shake is perfect for refueling your tired body after a workout! As much as I love experimenting with complicated recipes, I think shakes and smoothies have got to be my favorite. I’m always pressed for time (because I’m the world’s best procrastinator) so I love how easy it is to throw some tasty, nourishing ingredients into a blender and keep moving with my day!

I am also really excited about this recipe because I am trying out a new product! The Aloha protein powder is organic and plant-based. It’s also gluten, dairy, soy, and stevia free! Considering I am not usually a fan of protein powders because most times they taste very artificial, I was pleasantly surprised. It’s the perfect addition to a post workout shake to help keep you fueled for the rest of your day!

Peach Protein Shake

Ingredients:

One Whole Peach, Peeled and Diced

1/2 Cup water

1 Tsp Maca Root Powder

1 Scoop ALOHA Vanilla Protein Powder

Blend it up and enjoy!

 Pictured below are a couple of Aloha’s Protein Bar flavors that I’ve tried. (The Mocha is my favorite for sure  )
