COCONUT ROSE ICE CREAM

Okay I am so pumped about this recipe! Mostly because it’s been a hot minute since I posted, but also because this recipe is so fun! It’s Gluten Free, Vegan Friendly, and has only FOUR ingredients so everyone can enjoy it.

INGREDIENTS:

1 Can Coconut Milk (unsweetened)

2 TBSP Coconut Sugar

1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract

2 tsp Rose Water

 

DIRECTIONS:

1.) Before hand, chill a medium sized mixing bowl in the freezer for at least an hour.

2.) Remove chilled bowl from the freezer and add all four ingredients.

3.) Using a hand mixer, whisk for about 4 minutes and place in the freezer. Repeat this step every hour for about 5 hours to incorporate air into the mixture.

*Side Note: If you have an ice cream maker USE IT! Even a stand mixer will work better then a hand mixer. I just used what I had!

4.) Serve and ENJOY!
