Roasted Lemon Honey Asparagus
This recipe is perfect for the summertime and is a great way to add something green to your weeknight dinner!

What you’ll need:
• Juice of half a lemon
• 1 tsp lemon zest
• Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• Pink Himalayan salt
• Honey
• 10 - 15 stalks of fresh asparagus
How To:
• Preheat oven to 400ºF
• Wash and trim asparagus, then add to a baking sheet
• Coat in EVOO and a few pinches of pink salt + the lemon juice
• Drizzle with honey
• Bake for 15 - 20 minutes or until soft and light brown
• Remove from the oven and place on a serving dish. Top with fresh lemon zest, a bit more honey and enjoy!
