BERRY BLEND SMOOTHIE BOWL

This refreshing smoothie bowl is probably one of my favorite recipes I have come up with so far! There’s lots of berries in here so it is packed with antioxidants and vitamins. Also, it tastes AMAZING. To be honest, it reminds me of when I lived in Kona, Hawaii. After a swim in the salty Pacific, my bestie Lexi and I would grab an Acai bowl from a little shop down town. The flavors of this bowl take me right back to those days! Anyway, here’s the recipe!

Berry Blend Smoothie Bowl:


Ingredients:

1/2 Cup Greek Yogurt

1/4 Cup each of Frozen Strawberries, Blueberries, Raspberries, and Blackberries

1 Whole Peach, diced

Water

TOPPINGS: Sliced Bananas, Dragon Fruit, Granola, Chia Seeds

Directions:

Blend all the ingredients until you reach a smooth consistency. Put the smoothie in your favorite serving bowl and add the toppings! SO GOOD!
