Cilantro Lime Brown Rice

What you’ll Need

  • 4 cups cooked brown rice

  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

  • 1/4 cup lime juice

  • salt and pepper to taste

How To:

  1. add all ingredients to a bowl and mix - thats it!

Notes:

  • I buy precooked brown rice in the freezer section at the grocery store. Make sure to look at the ingredient list (it should just be brown rice and water!). This saves lots of time in the kitchen!

  • This is a great side dish that takes little time to prepare but is packed with flavor! It’s a #mealprep client favorite :)
