Peppermint Collagen Mocha

This warming, festive drink is one of my favorites to enjoy through the holiday season, even all winter long! It’s my go to order at Starbucks or any local coffee shop, so I figured out a delicious healthy way to recreate this holiday favorite at home!

What You’ll Need:

How To:

  • Add all of the ingredients to your blender, liquid first.

  • Blend for 30-40 seconds so everything is well combined, and a light foam begins to form.

  • Pour in your coziest mug and top with a sprinkle of cacao powder.

Peppermint Honey Simple Syrup Recipe

What You’ll Need:

Hot To:

  • Add the water and the honey to a small sauce pan, on medium - high heat.

  • Bring the water and honey to a boil, stirring frequently.

  • As soon as it reaches a boil, remove from heat immediately.

  • Add the peppermint essential oil + stir.

  • Allow this to cool and transfer to a small glass bottle.

  • This recipe will yield about 1/2 cup. Store in the fridge for up to two weeks!

  • * This recipe can be modified by using different oils to yield different flavors! (Ex. Lavender, cinnamon, lemon, spearmint.
