To me, health is simple, but it looks different for everyone. It’s not a certain diet, or going to the gym “x” number of times a week. It’s not looking a certain way or following the latest trends.
To me, health is feeling my best. Truly my best. It’s eating the whole foods that give my body the energy it needs to get through the day. It’s building my immune system with natural products so i’m stronger each day. Health to me is moving my body everyday, even if it’s just a morning stretch.
